Premarital mentoring is guided, educational, and reflective. It is not therapy, counseling, or treatment of any kind. Lori is a certified coach, and neither of us is a licensed therapist, marriage and family therapist, counselor, psychologist, doctor, lawyer, accountant, or financial advisor.

The same is true of our podcast, newsletter, social media, and everything on this Website. What we share comes from our own marriage, our own experience, and the couples we talk with. It is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Please use your own judgment, and talk with a qualified professional about anything medical, mental health, legal, or financial.
